Hybrid turbocharger K04 for 1.8 T engines. The turbo was built to match Audi S3 2.0 8P 265HP K04 064 standard and will be perfect fit if you have K04 020, 022 or 023 at the moment. 100% Plug & Play!
Full list of changes applied is as follows:
– main repair using upgrade reinforced journal bearings – so called ‘360’
– modification of compressor housing
– modification of turbine housing
– bigger KTS Billet Wheel compressor wheel from Audi S3 2.0 265HP
– bigger turbine wheel from Audi S3 2.0 265HP
– new K04 064 bearing housing
– CHRA is built using brand new parts
– new turbine housing
The turbo is meant to work with 300HP+ setup. In order to reach that level of power you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust and cooling systems as well. Have a look at an example car from one of our customers.

1.8T 20V 132kw this is usually K03 turbocharger, but we can build hybrid turbo with the same modifcations as K04 064. Price is the same too.

In K03 from Audi A3 8L 1.8T we can make modifications as follows:
1. full regeneration of turbocharger
2. reinforced journal bearings – so called ‘360’
3. metalworking of bearing housing
4. metalworking of compressor housing
5. bigger compressor wheel KTS Turbo BilletX
The potential will about 260PS.
